As an architect, Ben Ballentine is used to transforming spaces, but after moving to Westchester, he and his wife Vanessa are also dedicated to sharing a better future for their community and family.
After moving our offices from Venice Beach to Westchester, California we immediately received emails, texts, and calls from community leaders, neighbors, and friends, congratulating us on our new location and complimenting the upgrade we brought to the Westchester landscape with our fresh modern design. There have been some fun updates to the curb appeal in Westchester in recent years with new businesses like Cafe Solar, Hotel June, Cinco, and The Manchester all bringing a modern bright, and simplistic facade design to our streets. But with the LMU campus being in our community, and being only one mile from Playa Vista, aka Silicon Beach, Westchester is far overdue for some upgrades to our shared common shopping and dining areas. Hopefully, Ballentine Architects Studios is the start of something special for anyone looking to shop, dine, live in, or visit our community.
